No submissions by email OR physical submission will be considered.
Abstracts should be submitted in ENGLISH language only.
Abstract is open on 06th March 2025. time is 8.00 am onwards Last date for submission of Abstracts is 15th April 2025. till 6.00 pm

Platform Presentations
A structured abstract (maximum 300 words) under the following subheadings should be given:

• Background & Aims
• Material & Method / Methodology
• Results
• Discussion

Poster Presentations
A structured abstract (maximum 300 words) under the following subheadings should be given:

• Background & Aims
• Material & Method / Methodology
• Results
• Discussion
• Conclusion

Video Presentations

• 3 minutes for video and discussion 3 minutes.
• Short videos with valid signs preferably.
